Lead Management Email Marketing helps to create highly dynamic Email. Customer analytics helps you to Analyze the Data and get market Insights. It helps you to resolve the Customer service request.

Costing is a bit high as compared to other products.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?

It's a cloud based solution, which allows us to focus on the management of the customer data and not on the maintenance and management of the infrastructure it runs on

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's our main CRM environment in which we manage all customer related data. We manage our accounts, contacts, opportunities and quotes in this Cloud solution

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because it is a cloud solution you as a customer of Microsoft have to follow their update/upgrade schedule. Which sometimes breaks stuff which leads to frustration of the end users

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't customize too much, because it is a cloud solution you might run into issues with these customisations when the supplier pushes an update/upgrade of the environment.
