A good product with wide customisations

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Business Central from other similar products?

The level of customisations that Dynamics allows the customers is amazing. It has all the features and runs smoothly. It has never crashed and is pretty fast compared to other GLs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Whenever a record of any type be it invoice or bill is created or a payment is made and we ran into some errors, it would suggest the recommended approach to resolve the error and also has the option to apply the recommended approach which is really super smart and an amazing feature. This actually helps save a lot of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The documentation doesn't contain all of the details and How It Works page isn't much helpful. I would say initial integration will take a bit time to research and come to completion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a pretty amazing software for all of cash flow needs and a great product with so many features.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Business Central from other similar products?

It is very simple to use, everything is easy in UI thus needs lesser training time

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simple and easy to use UI All critical data can be exported to make reports Highly customizable Manages inventory very well

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unavailability of query reports within the ERP

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a fantastic product and will meet your requirements 9/10 times. Only if you find the cost of inhouse developer or product higher due to CAL lanuage then you make look at other softwares such as SAP and Oracle. Shortcomings of lacking query reports also can be addressed by developing SSRS reports linked to SQL tables so that should not be a major concern.
