The fully Cloud based edition and the easy integration with the other Microsoft products makes it stand out

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect is the deep integration capabilities and the flexibility of customization based upon the requirements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a good product. Training and adaption to the system may take significant time but it's worth.
