What differentiates Drift Conversation Cloud from other similar products?

Drift is easy to implement. Great UI from front to back.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The routing is handled very well. Real time conversations are made possible. We are able to responfd to questions even during non-business hours. Clients can book meetings directly on the platform with our staff. Through Drift we can get new leads to clients. Sales have been greatly increased. The buying experience is made appealing for the buyers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We dislike nothing so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Drift has greatly helped us to boost our business and increase our sales. We love it.
