What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

It is a great platform for collaboration, our team is numerous and the documents and files for dismissals and new hires are variable, having all my documents in order is very important since I handle different formats for conversion. I can manage all my files from my mobile phone and find what I need with a simple search. It's quick to file the documents correctly so they can be found by the whole work group. It allows me to find words in the documents and profiles of applicants to work in my company and allows me to direct those files to other sectors of the company more quickly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the system for archiving and managing documents of different formats that make up applicant and employee profiles.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes a lot of attention and practice to learn how to use it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend a training with documentation and consultations to the support team.

What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

Unlike other similar products, Dokmee DMS is easy to use as no special training is required for one to manage their documents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Dokmee DMS is that it allows sharing of even large documents and the receiver can retrieve it even when out of office. Ideally, not many platforms allow sharing of large documents. Dokmee DMS hence makes managing of documents much easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I honestly got no dislike for this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend businesses and individuals to try Dokmee DMS for easy and improved managing of their work documents.

What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

It has most of the features we looked for in a document management program, easy-to-use that features data encryption of all electronic files plus as a HIPAA-compliant audit log, which tracks user access to sensitive data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that it provides e-signature tools for us to sign files in bulk in the same platform.It is secure and has enabled us to go paperless where it works really well with my scanner to capture documents and digitize them using OCR feature.It keeps all our files organized in the cloud and aids easy file retrieval.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lacks a good way of filtering OCR junk files but other than this no performance issue recorded.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dokmee is designed for medium and large business and i suggest selecting these application for its known for its high grade content management system.
