What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

Dokmee is a software that centralizes our documents and files allowing simultaneous access, permanent exchange and editing for error correction or strategy modification. Our marketing teams are very dynamic and the workflow has increased lately with the new approaches to face the post-pandemic crisis. It allows you to attach notes, index documents and convert formats to maintain a logical order of work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it is so simple. It allows me to find documents quickly and save a lot of time finding the texts I need within those documents. When changing aspects of the campaigns we launch, editing documents and managing them dynamically is indispensable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike about this software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's easy to use software and its customer service is quite good.

What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

Dokmee is a great management tool that allows me to keep a consistent documented record of all the projects I do. It allows me to convert any document format to PDF for later classification, analysis and storage. It allows me to add notes and edit documents faster and once published all my colleagues can access the new updated version.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it because it has a simple interface despite all the document management features. It is a very collaborative tool. Its implementation in our company was fast and the support team was very helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price can be a bit high compared to other similar tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It has good management features and integrates very well with other applications accelerating the workflow.

What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

It is very fast to efficiently manage the thousands of documents that are processed every day in our company, it helps to manage versions of the documents with the same centralized information for all. It allows me to quickly edit documents and publish them already updated with my colleagues. It allows me to index, convert and retrieve documents. It helps speed up the workflow between departments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like best is the ease with which I can find the documents I need to modify and re-publish them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Optical character recognition is quite poor.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a fast and easy to implement management and collaboration tool, offers free trial and online training.
