What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

It has a simple user-interface and this ensures that all users are incorporated in the prudent usage of the platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has enhanced collaboration and teamwork in our organization by allowing our employees to share documents and files easily. Customer support is available and willing to help all users who maybe stuck somewhere in using the platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of our less tech-savvy users had a steep learning curve in understanding how to use the platform efficiently

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dokmee DMS is stable and it will improve the way you work as a company and ensure you handle your documents safely.

What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

If I have to say something that sets it apart from others, it is the advanced document scanner that has allowed us to digitize thousands of contracts and accounting documents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it because it's a tool that allows me to professionally manage the documents I work with and offers version control so I don't lose information and always have access to the latest update of each document. Editor to correct errors and add notes. It allows me to convert to other formats for a more orderly storage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have nothing negative to say about this platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Provides tools for automated information detection, management, storage, search and retrieval of documents and files
