What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?
Dokmee has an attractive pricing plan and has tons of powerful advanced features that could make your workload easier such as, File Cabinet and Folder Restriction, Single Sign-On, supported with Active Directory, workflow module, file retention module, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to share files across your company and store any file type in Dokmee such as PDF, TIFF, JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF, DWG, DXF, MSG, EML, etc with viewing capabilities. All files imported and created with Dokmee are protected on the server to ensure only authorized access only. Easy and quick to send files and spreadsheets right from Excel, Word using the Microsoft Office add-ins.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Dokmee live chat support takes a long time to respond but once they are back online they are able to answer any questions fast.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The system is user -friendly and allows the sharing of large files easily and fast. It is secure and files can be retrieved from anywhere at any time. I strongly recommend Dokmee.

Its an affordable platform and this makes it easy to use in all organizations including even the small ones.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It enables us share documents and files across large distances with employees working in other branches and this has helped us implement our workflows better. It has brought teamwork and improved task delivery as sharing process is easier and simpler now with the platform in place. Dokmee DMS has digitized the way we handle our documents and this has enabled us make our documents safe and secure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes poor internet connections affect the way we send documents over the platform

Its a good DMS platform and it fits well in all organizations and this gives them a chance to improve the way you work

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The vendor offers multi-language support and this ensures that everyone is helped adequately in case of problems in using the platform. Its affordable and this accords even the small and mid-sized firms an opportunity to use the platform and improve the way they send and receive documents. It has a simple user-interface besides being accessible even from a mobile device.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Despite being able to recieve the document, it does not have a feature to edit the document hence if it has mistake it remains that way.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its a good document management platform that will improve the way you handle, send and receive documents where it will automate the whole process and eliminate any arising errors.
