What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

There are a few features and capabilities that makes this product unique. First, the ability to search and retrieve documents is easy. The UI is also one of the best. Lastly, when compared to other products, the tool is more affordable and offers many features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Dokmee DMS is that it makes sharing documents easy. This makes working together with my team seamless. Integrating this tool is also very easy. The price is attractive and the fact that it is easy to use makes it even better.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For the time I have used this product, I have had no major issues worth mentioning. The tool works well without problems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If anyone is shopping for a document management tool, they should consider Dokmee DMS. It has a lot to offer and comes at an affordable price.

Dokmee DMS offers powerful features that help decrease workload in your office like robust research functionality,OCR,audit log,versioning,electronic signatures,file cabinets etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Dokmee makes collaboration seamless and secures all data.It is easy to use and supports a wide range of file types like PDF,TIFF,Word etc.It will free up office physical space by enabling our company to go digital.Easy to share files and since it offers electronic signature it saves time and money for organization.They don't have to print,send and deliver for approval.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is costly but worth the value for money.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dokmee will enable your organization to have a centralized storage space and easy file sharing.It will transition your office space by going digital and enjoy the ROI immediately.

It offers exceptional automated data capture options , and un-matched reporting and auditing tools. Its easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Utilizing Dokmee its easy to upload,organize and share documents from one centralized interface.It is secure and easy to use.Collaboration with colleagues is easier as it allows multiple viewing of files at the same time which also increases productivity.We can create rule -based workflow and customize to meed all our business needs.Its compatibility with mobile devices creates convenience where we can access files easily when out of the office.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is costly but worth the value for money ,capabilities and features it offers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dokmee ensures your IT staff are relived from the task of managing files and concentrate on valuable tasks.It streamlines workflow process and assists your company centralize all their electronic files.
