What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

It is cost effective, easy to use, efficient, user-friendly and easy to implement. In addition ,Dokmee's included API just as a few implicit integration tool, makes it to seamlessly incorporate into any business cycle , for example, SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Allscripts, NextGen, Oracle, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We use Dokmee solution to streamline and optimize file sharing capabilities and imaging processes as we strive to become digital. It is easy to use and keeps file organized. It keeps files at the file cabinet safe from unauthorized access. It can be accessed from anywhere at anytime since it is cloud based solution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Accessing files on the go using Dokmee is amazing. I have not found any drawbacks with the software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dokmee is effective for different types of business striving to go digital and has a high customers satisfaction level. I recommend it for all types of organizations.

What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

Dokmee works hand in hand with their end users to fully understand their needs and desires.Dokmee have tons of powerful advanced features that could make your workload easier such as, File Cabinet and Folder Restriction, Single Sign-On, supported with Active Directory, workflow module, file retention.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Dokmee powerful search functionality makes it easy to retrieve files with just a few clicks.With the right file its easy to go back to work and saves time for me.The centralized storage that Dokmee provides a single location for file sharing and with the file preview tool it becomes easy to download the right file required.It is easy to use and secures files stored in the system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dokmee organizes and secures files and so far i have not found anything i dislike about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dokmee values clients' feedback that allows them to accommodate the demands of the ECM.It also caters clients' request accordingly, aside from providing a safer environment.It is affordable for business of all sizes.

What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

Unlike similar products, Dokmee DMS has many features associated with it which you are assured of managing your documents effectively. Additionally, its prices are pocket-friendly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is offline access in that you do not have to be in office to access a document. Someone can send you a document then you retrieve it while offline.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I honestly do not have any dislike for this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this product to any individual, firm or business dealing with different documents as it will help in managing them.
