What differentiates DocuWare from other similar products?
The way it manages and protects documents makes it unique among others for sure. It has provided easy integration with flexible features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have been able to streamline all document-based workflows. It has facilitated my digital transformation by automating manual tasks and reducing errors. The access to documents is very easy as DocuWare is cloud-based and is also available on mobile to use at anytime from anywhere.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The crashing of the mobile app often occurs while uploading documents. Other than that, it's been a fine platform to use for document management.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
DocuWare provides pre-configured modules to maximize and speed up the deployment process, so make sure to take advantage of that.
