What differentiates DocuWare from other similar products?
The intuitive interface design is fantastic. Its sophisticated indexing ensures incredibly accurate capture and indexing. Once the workflow is configured, users and approvers can easily perform their work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is crucial that the platform can be adjusted to meet our specific requirements and that it can integrate with our existing systems. Everyone uses the system every day to do a lot of different things. We had no problems incorporating him into our company. Additionally, we can contact Support directly in case we encounter any problems.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lack of solid offline support is the only drawback I can think of at the moment. The platform includes a mobile app, although working with documents offline can be a bit complicated at times. Very rarely does something like this happen.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Among the many useful features of Docuware, I highly recommend forms. I have developed a series of forms, both internal and external to the company. In this way, we are able to collect customer information that is crucial to our success. Many parts of our business depend on these features and we are a medium-sized office equipment distributor.
