I have been in Document Management since the 90s and are exposed to several higher-priced solutions. DocuWare’s interface is by far the simplest in the industry. Training my clients on both administrative and user functions systematically yields positive comments. Simple to know screens that are designed from the user’s perspective, not the programmers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I’m quite new to Docuware so did take a bit of to obtain used to it. Docuware software system is straightforward to use. My only dislike is the way things are set up, can create searching for documents a bit hard. I feel this might be corrected internally with the individuals using the program and our tech team if we modify some of our settings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The chances are extremely endless once it involves being able to store, organize and search at intervals this application. There are several storage options when exploiting the desktop software.

I've seen my fair share of expensive Document Management systems, but DocuWare has the most excellent user interface in the business. DocuWare allows me to eliminate the need for paper documents, allowing our staff to operate more agilely and free from the burden of maintaining paper copies of our customers' most recent information.

However, there is room for improvement in terms of the cloud servers' ability to provide consumers with optimization. Concerning other tools, I can get things done quickly and efficiently using DocuWare. The system provides far more than was expected, including storing data in the cloud, communicating with clients via email, and, most notably, invoicing. I like the company's focus on satisfying its clients. It got created with the end-user in mind rather than the developers, and these interfaces are straightforward to navigate. DocuWare also makes it simple to set up virtual filing cabinets; you need not be a tech whiz to manage your files effectively. The user interface of DocuWare is unparalleled. I also like their friendly and cooperative customer service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Docuware is very new to me, so there was some learning curve. The only drawback is the structure, which makes finding specific papers a little more complicated than desired. As my data volume expands, I have had to install more storage devices. There are typically many flaws in the documentation software.
