One of my favorite aspects of Dialogflow is how naturally it can understand and respond to different ways people ask the same thing. It feels almost like talking to a person because you don’t have to stick to exact phrases, which makes interactions feel smooth and flexible.

The thing I dislike most about Dialogflow is that sometimes it can be tricky to fine-tune the responses, especially for complex conversations.
