What differentiates DealHub CPQ from other similar products?

The tool is very flexible enough to adjust the needs of Quote creation and Document signing by the same tool. They guided us through the implementation as much as possible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The most impressive part is the ease of use which allows for quick adjustments and implementation of new requirements and adding of dynamic rules.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not faced any downsides to using DealHub CPQ. I have found that it addresses almost all of our needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

From configuration to quoting, DealHub CPQ might exceed your expectations. I have found great success with the support team or through our account executive.

What differentiates DealHub CPQ from other similar products?

It differentiates itself from other systems by allowing us to easily modify it to meet the changing needs of our business and products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity of the program compared to other CPQ tools is its most striking feature. Connectivity to SFDC, Slack and DocuSign available. Implementation is very easy through onboarding.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the more sophisticated features, like automated syncing with Hubspot, have proven to be technically challenging for us to implement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is great for sales people since it shows them exactly what they need to do to have better outcomes, thus I often suggest it to others.

What differentiates DealHub CPQ from other similar products?

One thing that sets DealHub apart from competing applications is the number of product updates released annually by the developer team. These upgrades address faults and include new functionality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really enjoy how we can tailor the product to meet our unique requirements, and how easy it is to use. Aside from that, the staff is fantastic. The genuine interest in our success with DealHub is evident in every interaction we have had with everybody involved in the process, from implementation to support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be beneficial to enhance the reporting and auditing processes. There aren't currently any meaningful dashboards available, and administrators can't follow activities or audit trails in any way. It would be really useful to have these functionalities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In most cases, DealHub CPQ is straightforward to set up, so I recommend it. Both the Customer Success Manager and the Customer Service Department are first-rate and available at all times to assist.
