Before diving in, clarify your goals—whether it’s improving spend visibility, automating procurement workflows, supplier collaboration, or increasing compliance. Coupa is powerful, but knowing what you want to fix helps you configure it right from day one. Coupa is intuitive, but to truly harness its power (especially with modules like Procure-to-Pay, Invoicing, or Supplier Management), your team needs proper onboarding. A well-trained user = fewer bottlenecks and fewer "where do I click?" emails.

What differentiates Coupa Procurement from other similar products?

Coupa is extremely fast in terms of PO/invoice movement throughout system. I love the customizability and ease of report building and exporting. Allows me to work collaboratively with teammates across multiple sites seamlessly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customizability of report building and exporting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

User interface can be a bit clunky aesthetically, partially due to organizational application setup. The home screen can have an overwhelming amount of information at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is wonderful. I highly recommend this for anyone seeking procurement software. Employee training is critical though - some things get lost in translation if untrained employees are left to their own devices.
