What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence creates an environment where all business lines can work together in a streamlined process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to share and tag additional team members to pages is a huge win. This allows our team to collaborate on different projects and create client specific pages that all team members can edit and add timelines.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Confluence does take work to organize. It is easy to create multiples pages / sections that can easily get out of control unless there is a prior organizational plan prepared.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Understand that Confluence will take some training to fully utilize the services to maximize value. With that in mind, the tool is a great option that all team members can utilize and learn to create seamless communication and version control across the organization.

Confluence is more than just a DMS solution. With this software, you can create anything from meeting notes, product requirements, project plans, proposals and much more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Confluence allows me to create anything from documents, proposal, project requirements among other capabilities. With this software, document collaboration is easy The software offers great security features and using it is no brainer

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to complain about Confluence

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For document management, you can never go wrong with Confluence. It's affordable and offers more features considering what the competitors are offering.

When it comes to document management, Confluence offers great features that makes creating, storage, sharing and document collaboration easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

First, this product is multi-purpose and there is so much a business can accomplish with the product. I like that it's secure and makes Content collaboration easy. It's secure, affordable,and easy to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

Confluence is the right definition of perfection. It's hasn't been a challenge using it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For purposes of document management, your business can never go wrong with Confluence. It's affordable, Secure, and offers all important features for a tool in it's category
