What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
Not sure about other products, but in Confluence we have many features that include tracking the status of a team on an hourly daily, or weekly basis. Workflow and APproval management is very helpful for the managers and the developers to get the document reviewed and get it approved.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
API Integration is one of my favorites as an RPA developer because we wanted to do a few automation in the confluence where we needed to add knowledge documents so this was done using API integration. Apart from that Role-based access is very helpful in securing the folders or documents. Assigning the tasks and categorizing it based on the priority helps teams to work on the prioritized tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reminder functionality needs to be added as it is missing in the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One who is looking to manage documents based on version control, manage the tasks assigned to the team, and follow workflow and approval management processes using a single can ultimately go for this product.

Take a look at your current tech stack, and identify those areas where you would look to integrate with products owned and Condluence. This aspect will help with decision making, if none of your current products fall in line then maybe it’s not for you; however, I’m sure you will find support for tools that you wouldn’t have thought of.
