What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

SAP concur is a primary portal in our organization to track for the various expenses. it has many unique feature which make SAP concur different from other software of similar category. The Image Receipt recognization feature using AI is just best, we uplaod the expense receipt and it automatically reads all the information by iteslf.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Best part of SAP Concur was their Mobile App support and Allowing users to mark the expense in multiple currencies. Organizations can easily customize the approval workflow which runs behind the scene and make it according to the need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only dislike i have is they are still using the OLD Fashioned User interface like pop-up and alert kind of old stuff. we have modern user interface across the applications and we can definitely have modern look and feel for SAP Concur as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend SAP concur for Expnse management, it is secure and support Single sign features as well.

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

It keeps it to strictly expenses and doesn't include any other bulk features. It's easy to use. User friendly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It helps me keep organized with multiple project expenses

What do you dislike most about this product?

Attaching receipts can be slow, sometimes some fields can be autopopulated that currently are not being autopopulated. Sometimes the program flags duplicate entries as warnings that have to be cancelled out, even though they are seperate transactions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's easy to use. Using both the app and web version in combination is very efficient for entering receipts then taking pictures of them. It helps you manage multiple project expenses with ease.
