What differentiates Commio from other similar products?
The service is extremely reliable, with sensible management tools. Any issues or queries we’ve been quickly resolved by their support team. Our Account Manager Pete Sweeney is a nice advocate for us whenever we need a little extra help beyond the scope of a support team. They need a very deep understanding of the new 10DLC/A2P regulations and they are a good advocate for us in the whole process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I prefer however straightforward it is to port numbers over, manage them, and set up sites all in a similar place. Straightforward to view tickets moreover when we run into problems throughout ports. ThinQ is extremely user-friendly, however, they also offer great support if you wish assistance with any of its features. Additionally, we have had only a few problems, but when we have both the sales and support team have been very transparent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There isn’t much that I don’t like regarding Thinq, if I had to decide, then I'd say that some of the fields might be better and they might create it easier to get ahold of individuals when running into issues.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Their support individuals at each level are knowledgeable and helpful, not simply ‘trying to help but helping. Fast and with proficiency even when it needs going to great lengths. Price is a big benefit since we’ve got all of these carriers to us it ends up reducing the term prices by a lot. Portal is straightforward to use for buying numbers. Porting numbers is easy as well. Reporting is straightforward to use. Support is outstanding and always accessible.
