One of the best aspects of Chatfuel is the ease of use in creating chatbots using the blocks or flows approach. I particularly enjoy the simplicity and manageability of the flows method, which requires no coding skills. It's also effective in delivering results.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

integrating Chatfuel with Facebook has greatly increased interaction with our webpage users, resulting in more bookings and engagement. Previously, we had experienced issues with website visitors leaving without finding the information they needed, but Chatfuel has allowed for direct communication with our receptionists, leading to immediate assistance for our clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While Chatfuel already offers valuable features, there is room for further integration of functions such as database validation and chatbot expansion via social media.
