Full Text Search and Document Viewer, The workflow engine is very flexible, Integsrtion possibilites are high

What do you dislike most about this product?

Stable one, minimum support required. Local indian support and some big enteprise installtion is expected.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use both DMS and BPM for any automation. Integrate with ERP and save automation cost.

‎Canon is famous for its seamless integration, enabling direct capture of paper documents into a secure digital environment. Its robust workflow automation simplifies approvals, routing, and notifications, improving efficiency across our team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Canon has made handling documents, scanning, indexing, and storing files super smooth. The customizable workflows take the hassle out of approvals and routing, and the strong security keeps everything safe. It’s just a really reliable and efficient way to stay on top of all my content without the stress.

What do you dislike most about this product?

‎The user interface feels less intuitive, which slows down navigation and document management until we become familiar with the system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

‎The platform is powerful and flexible, but new users may need time and guidance to properly set up workflows, indexing, and permissions to fully leverage its capabilities. By these, a secure, efficient, and flexible content management system would be established.
