What differentiates Box from other similar products?

Our storage of each of our documents or business files is very essential for us, because it is very valuable information which must be supported by a specific platform. I think that Box is different from other cloud platforms due to the great speed with which it uploads and downloads all kinds of files. Previously, I had never noticed any platform using my network connectivity 100%, and Box is capable of doing so, it uses much of my network connectivity to upload or download files in the fastest way possible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Box is a platform that offers a fairly accessible free trial for any new user who wants to learn how to use each of the functionalities of this platform, this is really the main positive factor for which I chose Box. This platform offers a suitable order for all the files that are stored, in addition, it allows users to access this cloud without having a computer, since currently, only a cell phone is needed to access the Box cloud. Box contains a real-time compartment of all the files that are stored in the cloud, in this way, all those who are incorporated into the work team will have the ability to view and obtain these files instantly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the things that has caught my attention relatively little about Box is the fact that this platform has certain synchronization problems with the Slack service. Currently in our company, we use Slack for the communication of various important teams, therefore, it is very essential to have good connectivity or synchronization of Box with Slack. My Box files, sometimes cannot be successfully transferred through the connectivity network with Slack, which brings various information sharing problems with our work teams. I would like you to solve this as quickly as possible, Box is an excellent platform, and it could be put to better use with better connectivity to the Slack service.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I personally and professionally consider that Box is the best platform that exists to have a highly secure and accessible cloud storage. This platform has the ability to protect each file with an encryption key, so it is impossible for an unauthorized person to steal our stored information. Box is effective for all types of companies, it works in the short term and generates a fast storage at all times.
