What differentiates Box from other similar products?
Enabled collaboration and file sharing efficiency while keeping data safe and also file collaboration.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Box manages and backs up all of your files on its cloud servers, and provides a very nice interface for creating, viewing, editing, and collaborating on the most commonly used file types (PDF, XLS, DOC, etc.) also being a cloud software I can assess to any document online anywhere by just connecting to the internet.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The graphic design of the dashboard should be simpler and more tangible
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend this robust and automated platform to all organizations to use as the main storage platform which is providing unlimited uploads and unlimited storage for storing the files document. A secure and safe platform is the plus point of it. It gives a wide platform for keeping everything secure.

What differentiates Box from other similar products?
When using Drive, the file may take some time to be reflected even though it has been modified; consequently, it would be ideal if the new data was reflected immediately. Box is automatically versioned. This shows you when and who performed the update, and if you mistakenly modify the file, you can immediately restore it to its previous state. When changing a file, you may also lock it to ensure that the changes do not clash with others. You may also create links to the files so that others can easily share them with you.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a fantastic tool for transferring enormous amounts of data. It is also quite secure, so you may use it with confidence. Because it is simple to set up and has a large capacity for saving and sharing, you may share large films. The security is first-rate, and it may be shared by several staff. You used to cut things into small pieces to save space when emailing data, but that kind of time-consuming effort is no longer necessary. In recent years, Corona has made it increasingly vital to synchronize assets over long distances.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As the amount of data increases, so will the number of files, and it will be easier to use if the search system, etc., is more extensive in terms of organization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Pricing appears to be cheaper than those of comparable file management services. As a result, it is suggested since it is simple to implement. Even while working from home, it is simple to transmit large capacity commodities such as films. Meetings are easy since sharing and access are simple, even if the venue is not close to where you live or work. Version control of files is no longer a concern, because files can be easily synchronized and managed with each other, and work is more efficient. It also has an excellent file search feature, allowing you to quickly identify what you need among a large number of files.
