What differentiates Box from other similar products?

Security of saved data is what differentiates Box from other similar products . From granular permissions , to multi-layered watermarking and user authentication, I do not think there is any file storage program which comes remotely closed to Box in terms of security architecture.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As I mentioned earlier -file security. I also like to add fast synchronization as well because Box does very good in that aspect too.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Box lacks a proper collaboration add-on, the way Google docs is linked to Google Drive as a document collaboration add-on.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For individuals or organizations very concerned about file security, Box is the ideal file storage tool.

Box has got some unlimited storage plans which are really convenient when working with a team. I even made use of the built in note-taking app a couple times to keep certain info related to the files in mind.

The value for money is great compared to a lot of similar services. It integrates with Salesforce and Google Docs which was certainly useful.

In terms of reliability and uptime, it's just as good as any other industry standard. Personally, I don't find them too different from each other, so if the pricing and plan requirements work for your team - I can recommend the service.
