What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My personal favorite feature of this cloud storage platform is Box notes. I use Box notes to collaborate in real time with other Box users on document annotations and updates. This means that I may collaborate with colleagues and even co-collaborators from outside my organization to discuss ideas and make live notes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Box web platform has apparent user interface problems. Just to send a file, I have to go through a number of hoops. The sharing of files should be as simple as clicking a button.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a safe and easy way to upload and distribute your files.

I don't find many differences, but it is very easy to use.

You may effortlessly transfer files from any device to the cloud storage space provided by the Box platform because of its simplicity and excellent features and adequate speed. It's fast and secure, and you won't notice anything weird about it. I appreciate that.. With eSignatures, it's far more secure, and it can be used with many other programs. When weighed against the wealth of functions it offers, the purchase price is surprisingly affordable and budget-friendly. Great data loss prevention software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Also, the dashboard should include a feature that shows the current status of shared files and folders and the most recent status of views and downloads so that the admin can see them clearly and simply. The graphic design of the dashboard should be more straightforward, more tangible, and able to be customized.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Simply put, it's a great solution for all of your sharing woes. Upload speeds are my main gripe, although this could be a problem at my end.

Box has a user-friendly interface that is simple and easy to use as compared to other work-related software. The data privacy with Box is amazing. I can easily use it on my mobile and manage all my workflow at one place without the need of opening a PC. It requires no training, even a beginner can use this software for their work.

Box has the best app integrations with almost 1500 plus apps. It also gives more than 1500 ways to get the work done. Box provides automate and repeatable workflows. The digital-asset management is the key to improve your business. It also gives a seamless collaboration with different teammates and clients all around the world.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Box doesn’t work on kindle devices. I feel like it’s not compatible with a few devices. It has a limited functionality that can get on your nerves at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I really like the speed of Box. Within no time you can transfer files from any device to the cloud storage space of this app. It’s simple and it has all the good features. The security features it has offered our company gives us confidence that all our data is safe and secure at one place. It’s a great app!
