box is an expensive program, there are programs that are much cheaper, but it has features that I really like.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sharing files with coworkers and others is a breeze with Box. You may share with your coworkers, but you can also send a direct link to anybody outside of your organization. If you want to be notified whenever someone else uploads anything related to your interests, you may enable updates. It may also be accessed on a computer or mobile device, making it very convenient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Desktop access is more difficult since there are no thumbnails of the files you need to view.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You may use it to save and share data securely with your colleagues, but be aware of the file format when you upload them, since browsing may modify the format.

Box has security that other content storage platforms does not have. I also like that box shows who is sharing what

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The user management is great. Being able to have eyes on what files were shared by who and who created folders is great for record keeping. The ease of uploading files to box is also noteworthy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes I would like advanced filters when trying to search for specific files or folders.

I would recommend they get box! It is easy to use and I have had zero problems with the platform. They have a good overview page and videos of the platform on their website as well.

Real-time collaboration is a great feature of Box. In addition, being able to share it and view it from different devices is a big advantage. I also like the version update that Box provides about who changed and what changed at the end. With Box, I was able to collaborate on project management. We always have an idea of ​​the progress of our team. It stands out by providing access to all kinds of documents, you don't have to waste your time looking for the right information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The collaboration aspect is excellent, and the option to integrate Microsoft apps, such as a Word document, into the Box folder is really handy. We get a lot out of its content management capability. It has assisted us in reviewing our work and sharing it on various channels, which has been quite beneficial. When it comes to integration, we work with a variety of technologies that has made it simple to transfer and share data. One of its wonderful characteristics is that it has enabled us to automate our repetitious operations. This is one of the greatest storage applications in my opinion.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Before you can use the Box and Box Sync products comfortably, you must go through some training with someone. If you use Box Tools for Office, your workflow is limited to one person at a time, and if someone locks a file and forgets to unlock it, there's not much you can do. There is no free plan accessible, which I believe undermines client trust in the software. A free trial version should be offered so that users may obtain a sense of the basic application and features before investing any money. It is, however, quite fairly priced, and I would appreciate it.
