What differentiates Box from other similar products?

I am impressed with how securely Box saves my files. However, this isn't even the most impressive part for me. The most impressive part of Box for me, is its electronic signature functionality. I can send unlimited documents for signature collection on Box and having e-signature and file storage capability in the same sphere, is greatly helpful for streamlining my workflow. I can conveniently save files securely and at the same time append my signature on them, without the need to switch apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Box integrates with over 1500 applications and while I do not make use of that number of applications in my workplace, Box integrates with every single, major third party application I use at my workplace. This makes it super easy to move content between multiple apps seamlessly without always needing to switch apps or import data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Audit trail on box is weak. The is as a result of Box versioning platform setting a limit on the number of times, you can access previous version of a single file As a result, I run the risk of loosing critical data as a result of accidentally overwriting or deleting a file.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Teams or organizations looking to utilize Box, have to work around the file versioning limitation obstacle ,on the platform.

‎I appreciate how the platform allows collaboration on documents in real time, shares files both internally and externally, and maintains version control effortlessly. At the same time, it gives me granular control over permissions, retention policies, and compliance requirements, making it suitable for regulated industries.

What do you dislike most about this product?

‎I haven’t found any shortcomings while using this platform. Box effectively provides a well-structured environment without any discernible drawbacks.

‎My favorite aspect of Box is how it makes collaboration simple, keeping content secure. I can work with my team members on documents simultaneously without worrying. The real-time commenting makes feedback clear and actionable. I also appreciate the strong security and compliance features, which give peace of mind when handling sensitive files.‎

‎Its search functionality can sometimes be slow or less intuitive when dealing with a large number of files, making it a bit challenging to quickly locate specific content.

The search feature can be slow when managing large volumes of content, so consider establishing consistent naming conventions and tags to make locating files easier.
