What differentiates BetterCloud from other similar products?
Customer service is responsive and informative.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Simple operation. When compared to the consoles offered by some of the manufacturers whose products we connect with BetterCloud, using BetterCloud is often the clear winner. Routines, routines, routines. Workflows can be configured to be triggered when an alert event occurs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are several planned improvements that will take some time to implement. You still need to use the old interface that was made for Google integration to manage some of the integrations that aren't in the main console.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have several related processes that require minor adjustments to the workflow, it simplifies the procedure. It significantly shortens the time it takes.

Bettercloud is so robust and allows our organization to do multiple taks inside one client.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use and share and unshare access. Everything at a glance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We are very happy with this product. My main issues are with google workspace and bettercloud solves for a lot of those issues.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are a google workspace company this is a great option to build out the robustness of google workspace.
