What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best part of using Backup Exec is how friendly the interface is. It is easy to find my way around. I don’t need to be a tech expert to use it. I can back up my emails without feeling confused. Their clear instructions guide me through the process. This makes my work faster and less stressful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing I find a little hard to swallow is the price. It can feel a bit high when compared to some other options. While I know I am paying for quality, I wish Backup Exec was more affordable for small businesses like mine.

There are many features which I like most about it. For example, its reliable data protection. As we are heavily dependent upon email communications, its automated backup scheduling, encryption along with other important features keep our data safe. Also, it enables us to recover any specific email without recovering the whole server. Its backup system is available for virtual and physical servers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing which I use to face not commonly but occasionally is that the process of recovery and backup gets slow sometimes especially since I have to deal with large data and a complex atmosphere. This thing negatively impacts my whole working process when I intend to finish my tasks at peak.

Email backup is automated and it offers different settings for the same. We longer worry about losing important conversations as we can always restore emails. Searching through the archived emails is easy. It integrate well with outlook and Gmail.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Having using Backup Exec, I can confidently say it's none problematic. Has delivered.
