Evaluate on all types of application. AA doesn't have the best of call object recognition feature. You can be sure of best after sales support in form of CSM - who will guide you at every step Wide range of learning available on AA University.

What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?
There is a lot that differentiates AA from other products, from the personalized nature of the support to the feature-set and forward thinking of the engineers. I believe that you will see Automation Anywhere pull ahead of the pack sooner than later.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The commitment of the group to the product. Everyone legitimately believes in this product and it shows in every aspect from sales to support.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Like many people, I disliked some changes from Automation Anywhere 11 to AA 2019, but understandably they are for the better. We have not moved to AA 2019 yet, but I believe it will be a new learning curve for my team to re-learn some of what they already know and are used to.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Dive in head first. You will not regret the abilities that the software is capable of. Remember to think outside the box, but within the bot.
