The platform also offers strong integration options with AI and cognitive services, enabling automation of complex tasks across systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is its flexibility and scalability—especially the ability to design bots using low-code tools while still supporting advanced automation use cases. This makes it suitable for both simple repetitive tasks and complex enterprise workflows, without needing deep programming expertise.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Automation Anywhere is that maintaining bots can become challenging when underlying applications change frequently—especially in environments with dynamic UI elements. While the platform offers powerful automation capabilities, the need for frequent bot updates and limited self-healing features can increase long-term maintenance effort. Additionally, some advanced analytics and AI capabilities often require external integrations rather than being fully native, which can add complexity to implementation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before adopting it, assess your organization’s automation maturity and clearly define your use cases. Plan for proper governance and bot management to avoid maintenance issues as you scale. Also, invest time in training and explore pre-built bots and templates to accelerate development. Finally, consider how you will integrate AI and analytics to maximize the value of your automations.
