The ease of deployment through a web-based Control Room allows me to manage and monitor bots centrally without heavy infrastructure setup. This makes scaling automation across our teams more straightforward compared to more complex, installation-heavy platforms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the Control Room, where I can manage, schedule, and monitor all my bots in one place. Another strong point for me is the AI-powered automation, especially for handling documents like invoices and emails, which saves a lot of manual effort. Concluding, it helps me save time, reduce errors, and focus on more important work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One downside I notice is that the bot development and debugging process can feel a bit complex and time-consuming, especially when dealing with large or multi-step automation workflows.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would also suggest investing time in learning the Control Room and bot-building interface properly, since good bot design and governance are key to long-term success.

The platform delivers an intuitive low-code interface, which makes automation accessible to business users while remaining powerful for developers. The Control Room is the best part, as it makes managing and tracking hundreds of different bots across a global setup feel manageable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes a bit longer to feel truly comfortable with the advanced settings, requiring extra patience during the initial stages of high-level process configuration and deployment.
