What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?

It is a centralised product which is capable to automate almost every operational tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have used almost every feature but the one I like the most is OCR, it helps a lot generating automation commands with one click

What do you dislike most about this product?

Automation anywhere is not capable of reading hand written notes which I found in IBM DataCap

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As IBM own automation anywhere if they can provide a SaaS offering combination of both datacap and automation anywhere that will be a great deal for customers
