The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

AskNicely is an elegant solution to a multi layered issue in many organizations. Having the courage to ask how your customers and partners feel about your business is always a risky step if you are unsure of the answer. AN help you identify specific targeted areas that are either doing well or need improvement. AN can get very granular when it comes to identifying issues on a granular level, down to territory in many cases. It helps you to spot trends quickly and address them in a structured and monitored fashion to ensure positive outcomes.

Better downloadable reports.

Make sure to compare the day to day deliverables of all the vendors. AN has an impressive display capabilities that make it easy to build a business case for the C Suite.
