What differentiates Applauz Recognition from other similar products?

The feature set is amazingly rich in Applauz. We can create many user types and assign up to 100 different permissions for each. This is super useful in a company our size which has many departments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The culture feed is exactly what we needed since we started allowing employees to work remote. We had lost our connectedness and our culture felt undefined. Applauz helped us refocus, break down the silos of our culture. I love seeing what each department is doing, weather is contests, sharing appreciation, or recognizing our wins, it really comes alive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

More integrations! We are a tech company and would love to connect our CRM to the newsfeed so every time we win a new deal it would automatically celebrate it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a hybrid or remote team, this app will help you rebuild the team spirit and boost morale.
