What differentiates Aircall from other similar products?
What really makes Aircall stand out is its ease of use and intuitive interface. You don’t need to be a tech expert to be able to use it effectively. Plus, the technical support is excellent and they are always willing to help you out should any issues arise.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like most about Aircall is the flexibility it offers. I can make and receive calls from anywhere, whether it’s from my office, home, or even from my cell phone. This has been especially helpful during the pandemic as we have been able to stay connected with our customers at all times.
What do you dislike most about this product?
However, what I like least about Aircall is that sometimes the call quality isn’t the best, especially when the internet connection isn’t optimal. While this doesn’t happen often, it’s something to keep in mind.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
All in all, I would recommend Aircall to any business looking to improve their communication with customers. It's a reliable, easy-to-use software that really makes a difference in the way we communicate. You won't regret using it!

What really sets Aircall apart is its tight integration with CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, letting customer context pop up instantly and keeping everything unified.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I absolutely love how quick and intuitive it is—click-to-dial and smooth setup mean I spend less time fumbling with settings and more time helping people.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly, I wish the analytics were more flexible. Reporting feels a bit basic, and it would be amazing to pull custom data without extra add-ons.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're chasing a cloud phone system that integrates effortlessly and scales with your team, Aircall is a smart choice.
