What differentiates Adobe Advertising from other similar products?

Adobe Advertising Cloud is not an entirely unique product - lots of tools can do this and you can do it natively. However, Adobe Ad Cloud is strengthened by being part of a broader suite of tools and if your team is leveraging other Adobe tools like Marketo or Analytics, you benefit greatly in terms of visibility and reporting by having your ad management in Ad Cloud.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the integration with other platforms like Adobe Analytics. I also found the ability to pull data from our platform as success criteria and feed it back into Adobe to be comprehensive and really enable us to find our target customer in the market and adjust bids based only on what would move the needle for our organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost is very high and when we had to reduce ad budgets due to other factors (expanding into new channels, etc...) we were unable to meet their minimum spend requirements. Our organization had already invested so much in Adobe, I did find the lack of consideration for our commitment to their overall suite of tools to be forgotten in the negotiation process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely make sure Adobe Ad Cloud isn't the only thing you're turning to Adobe for. It's so powerful when paired with other platforms in the Adobe suite - that's where you can get the most value.

The machine learning for bidding and budgeting is strong.

High price to use product. The machine learning also requires a higher level of spend and conversions than other products in market.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good fit for those using other Adobe products or those with large search budgets looking to lean heavily into machine learning. Also has great forecasting tools if that is important to you.
