easy to use interface, great tools for A/P and A/R modules; however, bad for fix asset, depreciation, and project modules

importing invoices from 3rd party

require too many customization to work properly

Support and customer service are limited and can take time to help you resolve your issue

What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?

As we had previously an internal IT solution, we don't have that much to compare but with the companies that we contacted when considering to become a client. Cost effectiveness and customer service made our decision to Acumatica.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For us fits very well to protect and store our scientific research data, something that we never had before.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some features are not customable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A great costumer service solves any problem your company could face, so I strongly recommend to pay attention on that.
