Great fit for a small company

What differentiates Accounting Seed from other similar products?
Much better value. Accounting Seed run natively in Salesforce, and did not require additional integration or sandbox purchase.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease at which we were able to insert Accounting Seed into our existing Salesforce instance. We were able to use Accounting Seed's automations and Salesforce Flows to really streamline many of our billing processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the automatic inventory calculations didn't apply to our business and caused some book balancing issues. We turned off this feature.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great for a small company already on the Salesforce platform. Wonderfully customizable.

What differentiates Accounting Seed from other similar products?
We pick Accounting seed purely on the recommendation from our salesforce consultant. Our business is over 30years, so a lot of legacy process that need customization into Accounting Seed. Thankfully that Accounting Seed is highly flexible and meet our needs. But not a easy start, the implementation of sales force and accounting seed take 3 x times than projected.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Real time visibility, good reporting when combine with Sales Force data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Very long implementation and heavy internal support needed for our older employees.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Either yourself or someone you trust in the team must be IT savvy to consider the product, Prepare for the long implementation.

What differentiates Accounting Seed from other similar products?
This is perfect for an company in the aviation industry.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use for creating financial reports that can be generated within the system. Also, the ease of use for API connection for third party vendors. This helps us outsource tasks that accounting seed is not capable of doing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is very confusing to migrate data. We had a problem with migrating to GovCloud. However once everything was sorted out it, the system ran smoothly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a good product to use. However, it will take some time to taylor it to your industry needs.
