What differentiates Accounting Seed from other similar products?
AccountingSeed runs natively on Salesforce.com enabling seamless integration with the other native apps we run on the platform. The ability to customize screens, workflow and data made it easy for us to configure it for our business. It allows us to easily report on all our business (sales, service and marketing cloud) along with the associated accounting records for a true quote-to-cash reporting view. They continually advance the product features and provide excellent support. I highly recommend taking a hard look at AccountingSeed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being native to Salesforce allowed us to deploy this easily in our company. The UI/UX functions exactly like the other native Salesforce products our team uses making adoption and deployment easy. The data model simply extends the data we were already using to run sales, service and marketing enabling unified reporting and analytics. The application is administered and customized using the same tools and techniques our team was already familiar with as a Salesforce customer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing. The application fits our needs and the vendor continuously add new features
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are using Salesforce.com products, you should definitely evaluate AccountingSeed. However, even if you are not an existing Salesforce customer, it is worth looking at AccountingSeed for the rich feature set, customization and integration strength as well as the support the company provides directly and through partners.

I like that they're in a growth phase and are willing to implement new processes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How nimble they are and the customer service.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The 3rd party partners have been awful. HLX and Repay have been extremely difficult to work with and have actively made our jobs harder.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Better partners.

What differentiates Accounting Seed from other similar products?
Our Company choose Accounting Seed as we move our system into Sales Force and our implementation recommend it. We really do not compare it with other products at that time. Compared to the legacy Quickbook system we are using before, it can be more customized and has lot more feature to prevent/detect human errors. Automation and product allocation helps us a lot in our warehouse management
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Inventory Management, Flexibility to customization
What do you dislike most about this product?
A lot of our users are 10+ years employees that are in their 40 & 50. So heavy training and constant user support is all on me as the system manager. I'm not usre how accounting seed can help.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I believe that Accounting Seed is one of the best fully integrated accounting system within Salesforce. Consider if you need Sales Force or not, and what you would like to achieve within Sales Force. Pick a good implementation consultant but never be hands off. You will need someone within your company to learn the whole process so that he can keep the system up to date and improve efficiency.
