Human Capital Management (HCM, and often called HRIS or HRMS) software combines a number of systems and processes to ensure the easy management of human resources, business processes and data. HCM software is used to combine a number of necessary HR functions, such as storing employee data, managing payroll, recruitment processes, benefits administration, and more. The systems are often modular, allowing organizations to use some or all of the integrated functionality.
