As emerging technologies become more embedded across HR practices, being “human‑centric” can no longer be assumed. In fact, without intentional human-centric design, automation and efficiency pressures can quietly erode connection, belonging, and collaboration. This session explores what it really means for HR to be human-centric in the age of AI, moving beyond just values to examine how HR services are actually delivered day to day. Drawing on current research, this session provides HR leaders with a practical lens to assess the value their service delivery model brings today, how that value may need to evolve tomorrow, and where technology can strengthen rather than replace human impact.
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
- Define what “human-centric” means in an AI-enabled world.
- Assess your HR service delivery model through a human-centric approach.
- Make more confident, strategic decisions about how to balance human-centricity and technology design.
