Use the Learning Technology Requirements Gathering and RFx Scoring Tool to:
- Document functional, technical, support, and user experience (UX) requirements for learning technology and prioritize them using the MoSCoW model (must have, should have, could have, and won't have) to inform evaluation criteria.
- Establish the weighting of requirement categories (functional, technical, support, and user experience).
- Score and compare vendor responses to vendor engagement (RFx) packages and calculate cost estimations.
