In a high risk environment, administrative rights to computing systems should be highly restricted, and actually not granted at all. Unfortunately, this decision might not be in your hands, but there are things you can do to maintain control and promote a secure environment. Use this Administrative Rights Policy as a starting point to:

•    Define who has administrative rights to various pieces of software.
•    Build a disclaimer for those that do have rights.
•    Provide penalties for non-compliance.

Choose wisely when determining who has access to administration rights.
