Jules Gianneschi serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer at America’s CAR-MART, Inc., a publicly traded automotive retailer and finance company with over 150 dealerships across 12 states. Since 2022, she has led the company’s people function, overseeing HR strategy, talent development, internal communications, and associate experience across both corporate and field operations.
With more than 25 years of experience—including 15+ years in senior HR leadership at a Fortune One retailer—Jules brings a strategic, people-first approach to organizational transformation. She has successfully led start-ups and turnarounds by focusing on executive coaching, building high-performance cultures, and empowering associates to reach their full potential. Jules draws on deep cross-functional leadership experience, having supported global teams across HR, aviation, security, innovation, marketing, operations, real estate, finance, legal, compliance, and ethics. Her recent leadership includes supporting a CEO transition and shaping a senior management team to position CAR-MART for sustained growth and excellence.
