Diana MacPherson is a research director in the CIO practice at Info-Tech Research Group. Diana focuses on how leaders demonstrate organizational value through meaningful metrics, evidence-based insight, and clear executive communication.
Diana brings over 25 years of IT industry experience across government, private, and higher education sectors, with deep expertise in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, project delivery, and business analysis.
Prior to joining Info-Tech, Diana led enterprise transformation initiatives, coached Agile teams, and partnered with senior leaders to scope and deliver complex, organization-wide programs. Diana holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, and ITIL and is especially passionate about the Lean pillars of respect for people and continuous improvement.
