About Andrea Kiss

Andrea Kiss is a Senior Managing Director and Executive Coach at McLean & Company where she is responsible for member acquisition & engagement, and professional coaching. She and her team endeavor to leverage the power of evidence-based insights to solve prospective and current members’ business challenges.

Most of Andrea’s career was in the business process outsourcing division of Xerox where she led a diverse team of subject matter experts spanning sales, marketing, and operations. She is known for challenging individuals and teams to reach for their peak performance – this takes discipline, intuition, and constructive energy.

Currently Andrea utilizes the outputs of McLean diagnostics such as 360s and the McLean Leadership Index to enable business leaders to access insights for change. As a CTI-trained executive coach, she works with leaders and teams who are ready to take their career and their organization to the next level. Andrea helps create clarity so leaders step confidently into more creative and satisfying work, resolve chronic conflict, develop better working relationships, and have more impact in work with less stress and more ease.

Early risers may see Andrea on stage inspiring fitness fanatics to pedal harder or faster. Andrea gets energized by cheering on her husband and three kids in their own athletic pursuits.
