What differentiates Zylo from other similar products?
Zylo is the way of having an overall portfolio view to keep an eye on all of our products. It differentiates itself from other such tools based on how perfectly it integrates and synchronized itself with other systems. It brings all the teams under one roof and allow to collaborate in a seamless way.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best thing about this tool is that it takes off the manual load from all of our team and let the automation takes over. It guides us very effortlessly on the strategy of making decisions based on the data. We can better manage our SaaS products and build a closely overlook relation with the vendor teams too. It helps in sorting the data according to the requirements of the certain projects and brings in more feasibility as well as accuracy in the working procedures.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For the newbie teams, it could be a tedious task to get along with this tool due to complexity of setting up things in the initial phases. For a complex customization, we also have to call in the IT team that helps in that stage. The maximum productivity requires multiple team to work on it. We can say that it definitely offers working productivity, but we have to work through it to attain the max of it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend to involve all stakeholders before implementing it in your organization as the productivity can only be achieved if all teams gives their whole working on it. It's more of like a ecosystem that brings different working elements together so it needs to be taken care of accordingly.

What differentiates Zylo from other similar products?
Zylo has been great for discovering the unknown unknowns. I haven't tried many other products, but this seems very intuitive and user-friendly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The insights for unused software, multiple cost-centers for the same applications, and highest spend are quick and easy to find.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Integrations can vary depending on the tool. SSO integrations seem to work the best.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely try it out! I wonder how helpful this tool would be year over year, but right off the bat it has been helpful for my team!
