Zulip is open source and transparent, two traits in communications software that are severely lacking elsewhere in that industry.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the integration of chats, accessibility of files and direct messages, the interface as a whole and customization for my firm.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My only complaint about Zulip is its lack of a video chat service.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap and effective communication channel for their small business, with open source coding and security as a priority.
